This session will look at how identifying and making connections in number contributes to a deeper understanding of times tables, leading to more effective recall and application of facts.
It will cover recent research and consider teaching strategies and order of teaching, key areas of difficulty and the underlying skills and strategies required in Key Stage One for success in Key Stage Two.
