Message from Simon Sheard University of Sunderland
In recent years the Archimedes Maths Hub has run Innovation Work Groups exploring the use of manipulatives as part of Teaching for Mastery.
Simon Sheard from the University of Sunderland is a former teacher and Maths Hub participant from your area. Simon participated in the Innovation Work Groups and would very much like to hear your views about using manipulatives in your classroom regardless of your experience or background.
This short questionnaire contains less than fifteen questions that are mostly multiple choice and should take between 3 to 5 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous unless you opt to enter your details at the end of the questionnaire for further follow up. More information can be found at the link above before you opt to complete the questionnaire.
Please note that this questionnaire forms research for a PhD student of the University of Sunderland and does not relate directly to the current activities of the Archimedes Maths Hub.
Thank you for your time and consideration
