Maths Hubs are partnerships of strong schools and trusts working together to support maths education in their area.

The network of 40 Maths Hubs across England collectively engaged with almost 60% of all state primary and secondary schools in England during the 2023/24 academic year.

Maths Hubs, supported by NCETM, have a strong infrastructure in place built over the last decade and includes a depth and breadth of expertise, providing high quality support and training for maths leaders and teachers (including non-specialists) working with students aged 5-18.

We offer "projects" which cover mathematical subject knowledge and pedagogy in all educational phases.

When you take part in a project, in most cases you will participate in a what we call a Work Group.

National projects run within every hub in the country aiming to improve educational standards in mathematics for all pupils, EYFS to Post 16.
